Tampered Package

The seal was broken or package tampered with before delivery.

Important Note

Please ensure you record an unboxing video upon receiving the package. This helps us process claims for damaged or missing items much faster.

Return Request Time

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your organic groceries. However, you may request a return or refund under the following valid conditions:

Because we deal with organic and often perishable food items, customers must notify us within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Products

For rigorous health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once delivered. Please review these exceptions carefully:

Opened Food Products

Any sealed grocery item that has been opened or untempered.

Perishable Items

Fresh vegetables, fruits, or dairy products after delivery acceptance.

Missing Original Packaging

Products returned without their original boxes, tags, or labels.

Customer Mishandling

Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling after delivery.

Refund Initiated

Upon approval, the refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email.
